Y-Cap is a youth program dedicated to providing educational, life skills, mentorship, job training, career development, and financial literacy services to youth ages 16-24. Our mission is to pave the road that leads to a successful, fulfilling, and brighter future for underserved youth. We our committed to empowering and equipping youth with the skills, knowledge, and support they need to thrive in the workplace. Through comprehensive training, mentorship, and job placement assistance, we strive to unlock the potential of every youth.

Our comprehensive Job Training curriculum encompasses both technical and soft skills development. Our evidence-based curriculum is continuously updated to meet the specific needs of the job market.
Life skills, financial literacy, time management, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution workshops are held regularly. These workshops equip youth with the tools and knowledge necessary to make informed life decisions. Mentors offer valuable insights, guidance, and support to help youth navigate their personal lives and career paths effectively. Each youth is matched with a dedicated mentor to assist them with navigating through life challenges. Y-Cap matches each youth with a dedicated career mentor working in the youths' industry or field of interest.
Y-Cap collaborates closely with local businesses and organizations to secure internships and job opportunities for program graduates. Youth are provided with job placement, resume writing, interview preparation, clothing and transportation. Our regularly held community engagement events. Such as career fairs, networking sessions, and volunteer opportunities, provide youth with the opportunity to showcase their skills, expand their professional network, and gain exposure to various industries.
