Dignity house is a housing program dedicated to providing housing assistance to underserved individuals, families, and marginalized communities. We are committed to assisting our clients locate, obtain, and retain stable housing. We are dedicated to addressing homelessness in our communities by providing homeless individuals and families with the support and resources they need to rebuild their lives with dignity and resilience. Rooted in compassion and guided by research, our program is committed to empowering individuals and families with the support they need to escape the cycle of homelessness. We prioritize securing stable housing as the initial step to addressing homelessness. Clients are provided with safe and affordable housing without preconditions, allowing them to stabilize their lives and focus on addressing underlying issues. Each client is assigned a dedicated and trained case manager who collaboratively develops a personalized service plan outlining the client's needs and goals.
Guiding them step by step on their journey towards stability and self-sufficiency. Our program offers a comprehensive range of services, including mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, access to health care. Job training, educational support and life skills workshops. These services are tailored to address the unique needs of each client. Dignity House uses preventative measures such as rent assistance, eviction prevention, and community outreach to reduce new instances of homelessness.
