Home 4 Good is a prison reentry program dedicated to providing formerly incarcerated individuals with the support, tools, and knowledge necessary to reintegrate back into society successfully. Our mission is to assist formerly incarcerated individuals rebuild their lives with dignity and thrive as law abiding citizens who contribute to their communities and society. We envision a society where every individual leaving the prison system has the opportunity to rebuild their lives with dignity, purpose and hope. Home 4 Good is committed to reducing recidivism, enhancing community safety, and promoting the personal growth and transformation of our program participants. Reentering society after incarceration is challenging. Each individual's journey is unique. We are dedicated to assisting formerly incarcerated individuals navigate the reentry process successfully. We provide a comprehensive range of services tailored to the unique needs of our program participants. Services Include:

  • Case Management: Our dedicated case managers provide participants with personalized support , assistance, and advocacy throughout the reentry process.

  • Employment Assistance: We provide job readiness training, resume building workshops, interview preparation, and job placement services to help participants secure employment.

  • Educational and Skill Building: Our educational services such as GED preparation classes, vocational training and certification programs enhance participants' skills and employability.

  • Housing Assistance: Connecting participants with safe and stable housing options, transitional housing programs, or assistance with securing affordable housing upon release.

  • Healthcare Services: Access to physical and mental healthcare services, including substance abuse treatment, counseling, and access to medical professionals.

  • Legal Aid and Reintegration Support: Legal assistance for expungement, assistance in navigating legal barriers to reentry, and offering resources for rebuilding relationships with family and community.

  • Financial Literacy and Budgeting: Financial education workshops, assistance with managing finances, establishing bank accounts, and access to microfinance or savings programs.

  • Transportation Support: Assist participants with obtaining transportation services such as public transportation passes, obtaining or reinstating driver's license.

  • Family Reunification Services: Support and resources to help participants rebuild relationships with their families, including counseling and parenting classes.

  • Peer Support and Mentoring: Peer Support groups and mentoring programs where individuals who have successfully reintegrated into society can offer guidance, encouragement, and mentorship to program participants.

  • Community Engagement and Social Integration: Facilitating opportunities for participants to engage in community services, volunteer work, and recreational activities to foster a sense of belonging and social connections.

  • Crisis Intervention and Supportive Services: Access to crisis intervention services, emergency assistance, and ongoing support to address any challenges or setbacks participants may encounter during the reentry process.

  • Follow-Up and Aftercare: Providing long-term support and follow-up services to ensure participants continue to thrive after completing the program, including ongoing case management, support groups, and access to resources.
